Received a nearly $40,000 quote for a 50sqft bathroom remodel. Quote listed items for things like HVAC which we don't even have in our bathroom nor did we have any sort of exhaust vent, or floor tile which we didn't request to be replaced. Quote was more than double any other quote we had received and I had to follow-up with them to even get it a week after they had said it would be ready.
