Oscar was quick to call me and drop by rental property to see what needed to be done. I was impressed initially and ready to hire at whatever price works for him. We talked on the phone and he said the price would be $400 to $500. He promised to send me the written quote by end of day. It never came. He stopped responding to text messages. He vanished in the ether and wasted 2 weeks of my time. I wouldn't recommend this company.
