My dryer vent probably hadn't been cleaned in 25 years or more and was very clogged- for me this was not a simple DIY project because of the length and location of the vent hose. I highly recommend them- they did a great job and now my dryer heats up much better and I no longer have a potential fire hazard from a dryer vent clogged with lint!!
