I called and spoke with Lance about my dryer vent possibly being the reason for my new dryer’s malfunctioning. He was very nice and told me they could give me a free estimate and if I needed the dryer vent cleaned they could do it the very next day. Juan came out the next day. He was very efficient, courteous, and he explained the process in terms I could understand. He cleared the vent pipe and my dryer is now working!! I highly recommend this company.
