Tech was prompt, courteous and thorough. Dryer vent was in much worse condition than expected, actually posing a fire hazard. But issues were rectified leaving the dryer installation in a much better and safer condition than when the home was purchased. Also serviced a leaking fireplace gas line keeping us off of the local news (and alive). Considering the safety repairs/ improvements, the service provided was INVALUABLE.
