Cody, Tristen and Louis did decent job encapsulating the hilly crawl space. We since installation had a problem with flooding because condensation pump was installed incorrectly. We have called about our concerns of the flooding of our HVAC equipment and sent a letter and they refuse to respond. We were told they were too busy after they told us they would install an emergency kill switch on the dehumidifier.
