We are new customers and VERY HAPPY with both the product and the service. Our water system coolers were installed quickly, neatly and easily by the courteous and knowledgeable technician, Ernest. We encountered a minor issue and it was resolved right away. Can't say enough about what a positive experience we have had!

Faulty installation by this company caused water damage through my building. Clean up and repair cost $5000 and they are only willing to pay out 1500 of that. What about the rest?
