They were very responsive and came to the house within a few days of calling. The chimney sweeper was a very nice guy. He did leave kind of a mess so I had to clean and wipe everything down in the living room after he left. And it seemed like he was trying to up sell me on things I didn’t need. So just stay strong and stick with what you hired them to do and they are fine!
