Just amazing customer service. I was looking for a part for my blinds that broke and I couldn't find anywhere locally. Sabrina was happy to help me locate this at their warehouse, even though they don't normally sell these. Was super convenient to be able to text her the photo and arranging logistics. Everyone was super nice and explained everything I needed to know. So glad I found them! Note to confirm their address if you need to reach the warehouse, it's at a different location.

We received a quote from Budget Blinds and asked Dreamhouse to beat it and they did. Plus they were running a special on motorized blinds so we bought 5 instead of 2. We absolutely love all the blinds especially the motorized ones. They are Alexa enabled so super easy to use. Blinds are high quality and expertly installed. We are so happy we bought from Dreamhouse.
