We chose this company specifically because they are veteran owned, which matters to us. Unfortunately, our experience with their estimator, Kyle, was disappointing from start to finish, so we did not end up hiring them. After submitting seven specific questions and corrections to the initial estimate, almost none were addressed in the revision. Items we said we'd handle ourselves were left on the estimate. A gate we discussed was quoted at the wrong size despite us clearly stating our equipment
