Rude Manager by the name of Robin, Refuses to provide a resolution. Now im responsible for violation fees from the city due to their poor quality work.

We have been using this company for over a year. We just had a visit from the city and it seems as the company was filling out the paperwork completely wrong the entire time. My company was fined due to their mistake. We called them out to see how they can help. They refuse to help their excuse was that " it was done in the past so they cant do anything about it " yet not willing to even willing to help for the fact all of their paperwork for the entire year was wrong.
