Rufus was very professional and thorough. He took the time to fix the issue and explain to me a couple of options. The price was less than what I was expecting and the bids for optional services seemed fair. I would call drain masters again if I had an issue and I would request Rufus if he were available.

Driver in company vehicle outside the business needs his license checked, pulled directly in front of vehicle full of children and almost hit pedestrians.. if this isn't a big deal to the business owner then they dont need to be in business.
