Took months to complete a tankless water heater install and work quality is poor. Quoted price for scope of work but then did way less than he said he’d do. I had to do part of the work myself for it to get done. Example he said he’d add a 3/4” gas line for the water heater but instead just attached the water heater to a existing 1/2” gas line and kept getting error code and water heater didn’t work so I ended up having to do it myself and run a new 3/4” gas line.
