Called Drain Runner for a drain clog that another plumber could not fix. DR had it cleared in about 5 minutes and for a reasonable price. Wish I’d started with this company!

This plumbing company was contracted by the management company where I rent- I was told multiple times by the management company they would reach out to me when they were headed/at the property but that never happened. They reported to the management company that their plumber had made aware of "non-flushable" wipes being the issue for the back ups and in their reports blaming me for the issue (i proved they said flushable on the packaging). Drain Runner did a great job. Rome is a very professional, and knowledgeable plumber . Rome and Alex added a pressure regulator to my property a few months ago and recently replaced my older water tank with a tankless water heater. Rome is on time and answers my many questions. He listens to my situation and presents me with the options available. Lori did a great job scheduling and answering questions. This was my second time using this company, first I had them come out and inspect the main line at a rental property they inspected it and cleared then gave a quote to fix the issue, roots, then doubled that quote later so I opted not to do work. Tenant called said main was backed again so called them to go out and inspect the main and clear if necessary. I get a call end of the day say main was fine they cleared the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower drain for $278!! I would have not give per
