I called on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday, but they never called to let me know they couldn’t make it until I reached out. We rescheduled for today at 9:30 AM, and they still didn’t show up. I texted to confirm the ETA and was told the tech was still at another job, but I’d be updated soon. By 1:00 PM, I still hadn’t received an ETA, so I cancelled the service. If you’re looking for someone who’s punctual with good customer service, I’d recommend going somewhere else!

Quote did not match the price. Company name misrepresented on phone. Situation: Called the number of my trusted plumber, Tender Plumbing Care. Phone answered with "Hello." No company name. When I asked for Tender Plumbing Care (TPC), the rep explained that he has their phone forwarded to his cell phone thus the lack of company's name. He assured me he was TPC. Sunday afternoon, the hot water tank rusted out and flooded the garage. Looked up plumbers not only did the Drain Doctor answer the phone they set up to come out and replace it on Monday afternoon. They showed up on time, the employee Steve was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained every step he was taking. The quote was reasonable and exactly what he said. We were very happy with them, and would recommend them for all plumbing needs.

I called and had an appointment first thing the next morning. I had several issues with my pipes and they resolved them timely. The service provided was high quality and I"m very happy I highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to work on a Friday only to come home to a broken sewer pipe under our driveway!! Called about 5 companies and no answer, but drain doctors not only answered, but an hour or so later they were knocking on our door! Got a reasonable quote and they started first thing Monday morning! Very nice employees who did everything they were supposed to do and it came in at the lower quote rate! They exceeded our expectations! Happy to be flushing again...thank you Drain Doctors!!!!

Called the night before. Tom texted back and made arrangements for an appointment the next morning. Tom, called the next morning and said he was an hour out. And he arrived on time. Straightforward, professional, no oversell. Fixed the clogged sink problem and cleaned out the entire waste pipe to the street. Excellent service, priced very well. Will call again if I ever need a plumber !!! Great company to do business with !
