I called Drain Bros on Wednesday. Ryan called me back because they were on the middle of a big job. He said they were slammed but he could possibly stop by Thursday. I had contacted another company as well. They showed up that day to inspect the issue. Gave me a quote but couldn't do the work until the following Monday.
