Hopefully they will refund me. Drain and Sewer Solutions sent technicians that brought a small sink snake not a sewer snake to clean my clogged sewer. They were unable to perform the job I hired them for. Created much chaos and then claimed a much bigger issue was at fault and wanted $7200.00 to fix it. Charged me 390.00 for zero work. Another company cleaned my sewer $93.00 a week later. This was a horrific experience.

Needed main sewer line replaced. Luis said the crew would be at the house at 9 to start the work. They were at the house around 7:30 and started by 8 which was awesome. The laid down plywood on the yard to pile all the dirt they had to dig up. Team was efficient, friendly and completed the replacement of 50’ of 73 year old orangeburg pipe that had failed with new plastic pipe. Got 4 quotes.
