Dr HVAC was hired by my buyer for HVAC inspection. Dr HVAC stated the compressor needed replacement on a 6 year old unit. I have had ABC service annually and have the readings from their visits. ABC reinspected and found nothing wrong. Buyer stated they had had issues with ABC fabricating service reports in the past. In the end ABC was right and Dr HVAC was wrong. May be a one off but Dr HVAC ws just trying to extract money for an unnecessary service.
