Ryan was friendly and efficient with booking our last minute move while Andrew and Alex helped my dad pack and move all of our stuff into our new unit in just 3.5 hours. All of our belongings were carefully handled, packed, and unpacked. I could not recommend Double Move enough! Thank you so much for helping us make a stressful time as easy as possible! I had a moving company prior that was lazy and didn’t want to do the job and even said they couldn’t do it the following Monday because it was their bday . I chose to go to a different moving company and Damien and Alex came the same day smiles on their faces ready for the challenge and had to go up 3 flights of stairs . Very fast and had everything I needed and even went the extra mile and fixed my dog cage .

Double Move is the worst communication company i have ever tried talking to. They always hang up. They never call back. They dont explain what's going on. Its been a month and I haven't received my stuff. No one is telling me what's going on. When I ask for a discount they hang up on me. No one should wait forever to get their stuff. Its not right.
