Horrible experience, they showed me a specific flooring sample, agreed and paid based on that product and what they delivered was completely different. They refused to return me the money and kept insisting there was no mistake. I am currently exploring my legal options.

I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and Andres Reyes was particularly rude and unhelpful. The flooring I purchased was of very poor quality—nearly half of it was unusable. Fortunately, I had ordered more than necessary. Additionally, they refused to accept the return of unused and unopened pallets. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.

I found Doral hardwood floors to have an excellent selection of wood floors with different price ranges to suit what you're looking for. Andres was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding the wood floors we had in mind for our home. Everything also very quickly!
