We've used Doors By Russ multiple times over the years at our old house and the current one. We've had them repair or replace things like springs, cables, rollers, and motors. The pricing has never felt unreasonable. They don't seem to upcharge for parts, you generally pay what the part costs and the rest is labor. Granted they use Liftmaster which is a "professional" side of Chamberlain so there is a sticker upcharge from the vendor vs if you buy the Chamberlain from the big box store, but I pe
