Install was a piece of cake. However.... getting it to work on our encrypted router was the complete opposite, Luis worked over an hour trying to resolve the issue and getting My Q to work on our cell phones. Lots of patience and a never give up attitude . Finally, after trying several different things, he got it working. Big Kudos to Luis
