Made appointment for our Chelsea building (between 12pm-1pm) on 11/14/2023. But they did not show up on scheduled time nor update us on their delay. We contacted them few times (4-5 times), all their responses say "will be at our property in 15-30 minutes..". Finally after waiting for more than 3 hours, we gave up and ask not to come. This company have no respect for their client' time!

If I could give zero stars I would! Horrible, non-professional experience. Had a request for quote on an emergency repair on a residential bldg's main entrance door. Had to repeatedly reach out to them for updates with each inquiry given a promise to follow up that never happened. Twice they missed expected arrival time and didn't even bother to call with explanation or apologies. Proceed with caution!!!

Professional, polite and know what they are doing. They came in diagnosed the issue gave options . Scheduled and came on time fixes the issue in no time . Definitely would recommend and hire them again
