Extremely responsive company, they were at the house within a day. Very clear on pricing, didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need but made good recommendations for the future based on converataions at the house while working. Definitely worth the call. I was very impressed to see professionals work.

I appreciate the fast completion of the described work and the fact that you left the site cleaner than when you started. However I do have a concern with being able to connect the washer supply and drain. Tim

I called Donavans to determine the status of my water softener. It would not recharge on schedule. He determined it would be more cost effective to replace its because trying to get parts would be very expensive for that model. He provided 4 options. Each option could be purchased then installed by Donovan’s, or purchased elsewhere and installed by that vendor. At no time did he suggest that I use one of the Donovan solutions.
