First guy shows up with bad attitude...argues with me about liner fitment after I had marked the pool off and ordered the same exact liner from the same liner manufacturer. We have used Don Marcum to close our pool the past three years and have seen an increase in their closing costs even though the job itself hasn't changed. It started at $280 in 2023, $360 in 2024 and then this year $576!! Needless to say, I am disgusted at the $216 increase and will be finding someone else to close my pool!

This is the WORST company in Cincinnati. Kids show up high as hell, leave trash all over yard, and completely destroy pool equipment. They no nothing about pool care. STAY AWAY!
