Friendly tech but overly priced and not upfront about cost. When speaking with someone about the invoice I received, I was a told that “ I have no idea how much it costs to run an electric company and pay this immediately or be sent to collections. I would never use this company again. My opinion, treat people better and be more honest about your prices
