The repair Tech was very polite and knowledgeable. Fortunately for us he had the part and was able to repair our appliance quickly. He was a great technician.

I was concerned about sodas freezing and cottage cheese half freezing in my new refrigerator when placed near the ice feature on the top shelf. Aidan was the service person and he explained how the cooling aspects of the fridge work and what to best place on the top shelf and what things to not put there. He was courteous and professional and called 15 minutes before his arrival so that I would know when to expect him. Great service.
