I’m giving 2 stars because the workers themselves were polite and professional. However, the company showed up not once but twice without any prior notice. This is unacceptable, especially when entering someone’s home. Communication is extremely important, and I expect to be notified ahead of time before any visit. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication moving forward.
