UPDATE 2: I have to be honest, when it came to simple issues like clearing my drain or swapping out a tub plug - he performed. But on both occasions my major issue on tub overflow was never corrected and I mentioned it each time and asked him to test both times, and I trusted that he did. But I am still having my tub overflow into the room below, the overflow cover and piping are not working correctly - this is after having him cut into my wall and install a panel SPECIFICALLY to correct this is
