Called to inquire about re-working existing drapery. Sent photos. Zena was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and the advice given helped me reach the conclusion to keep the existing drapery. But I would definitely recommend and appreciate the time to assist me.

My mother needed a new window treatment so I suggested Zena's since it's near her home and we try to support local businesses. I do not know if she dealt with the owner or a worker, but the woman was rude to my mother, talking down to her. She's taking her business elsewhere.

I came here two days in a row and their hours said that they were open from 9 AM till 6 PM and I came at 1 pm and they were closed on both days very unprofessional
