I’ll start off by saying the guy that came to do measurements was cool. The installers were fine. Didn’t talk much. They did a good job. But skipped the final step of calking my sink back in. Even tho it was clearly on the checklist of things they were supposed to do. So I had to go out and buy some and do it myself after they left at like 7pm. That sucked. But my biggest complaint was that the communication from the office staff and my so called project manager (Chianne) was terrible! One part

I started my kitchen in Late September of 2025. I followed their instructions Come in pick out counter top 3 week lead time. When they came out to install 6 weeks later the cut counter top was not cut right and tried to cover it up with calk. I made them take it out and recut it . The 2nd time they came to install in January they dropped a piece of the backsplash and broke it, along with damaging my deck where they dropped the backsplash.
