With the crazy snow and ice from this winter of jan 26, some of the ice from the roof fell and knocked out a siding and related components. Had no clue who to even contact. Fortunately I found Direct Gutter who came the day of to patch up the bald spot with the damaged pieces and then came back within 2 business days to replace all damaged parts with new parts.
