Gordon and his team were wonderful today. Yesterday I was frustrated with customer service response about a number of issues that were going on with our digital living system, and he called first thing this morning, and made an in home visit today. Thank you, Gordon! It turns out that there were a number of extra issues that my husband and I didn’t even know about. They were so thorough and spent at least three hours at our home on the day of. Such amazing service! The technician was so respectful of my home and family--he arrived and put on booties, checked to see if my little one was napping. He safely mounted everything into our masonry. I just thought it was awesome to have the tv viewable from anywhere, any angle. He must have checked to make sure it was perfect and level three times. The friendly attention to detail was just excellent.
