UPDATE 2: Chris texted first thing Monday morning and came out with his crew. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. UPDATE: Received a call Saturday morning. Said they will call on Monday to arrange service. I called at 8 AM on a Friday morning. I was told a technician would call me within 20 minutes. They also told me to call back if no one called me. At 9:30 I called back saying I had not been contacted. They said they would have a technician call me and to call back if no one calls
