Phil was recommended by our realtor and I can see why. He was very kind, detailed, and thorough. When we called to inquire and schedule, he explained everything and answered all my questions. His scheduler called us same day to get us scheduled. Everything that was needed prior to our inspection was detailed. Day of our inspection and you could tell he took his time.
