Customer service was good, however my service could have been better. I called to request a quote and provided with an amount and estimated cleaning time of 1 hour and 30 minutes based on the description that I provided. On the scheduled day, the two ladies arrived around 1:15pm. They looked around and asked if there were specific areas of focus. The team at Dial-A-Maid did a great job from beginning to end. I would recommend calling to schedule a job as the website is a bit dated. Everything was much easier after Steve called me and we sorted through the specifics of what I needed. The cleaning team showed up and did a fantastic job. Our condo was spotless! We’ll definitely be calling them again the next time we need a cleaning.
