Anthony was great. On time, fixed the problem to get all back up and running.

Anthony our technician is fabulous. He is on time and thorough. He explained everything we need to know when the green light starts flashing it means the until isn’t working. He made a card for us to hang on the unit explaining the lights and we should have solid green when everything is good and working. He also said to check the lights at least once a week. I called Diablo Solar to repair a leak in one of my solar water heating panels and was thrilled with the response I received. A service tech came out the next day and repaired the leak in less than 10 minutes (nice guy, too). I wouldn’t hesitate to call DS again if I ever have another problem.

Pathetic and incompetent service. Never respond to calls and voicemails. Claim to send emails (incorrect id’s).Customer service is non existent!! No follow ups to repairs and maintenance. They have an excuse for everything and their attitude is reprehensible! Feels like we are expected to accept their sub par behavior because in their opinion they are just giving away their “world class service” for free!!!!!
