I used Brandon for my home inspection last year and it has been nothing but a nightmare. He missed that the toilets were loose, there was no cold water running in two of the bathrooms, the electrical panel was not to code with the amount of items pulling from it, soft spots in the floors from prior water damage, a loose shower head and many more issues. He has cost me upwards of $30k because I would have walked away if these weren't addressed prior to moving in.

Dissapointing home inspection. Quite a few issues were missed, some of which were obvious to a trained eye like missing insulation, missing window springs, or framing out of square. Furthermore, the lack of a foundation zip line measurement was a significant gap in the inspection report. With that being said, the inspector was polite and punctual. We've found much better value elsewhere.
