On 4/9/2026 contacted this company to get an estimate to repair my front staircase. Sent pictures to Michael R. Perlow that same day. He responded that the job would be around $2900.00. On 4/14/2026, sent a message to Michael that I would like to use their company to do the project. He then asked me to send pictures of the entire set of stairs so that he could draw up a contract which I did. Also gave him a measurement of the span of the staircase. The permit approval process took over 7 months, but he maintained communication throughout the entire period. The project itself only took 1.5 days!
