I can't say enough about the customer service I received with Design West. Colton helped me from beginning to end. There was a problem receiving my flooring because of the hurricane in North Carolina, but Colton keep me up to date on what was going on. When the flooring finally arrived they were able to pull up the old floor the first day and install the new floor the next day. My new floor looks Great! Design West generously gave me some unused underlayment to repair a small section of water-damaged tiles.
