Desert Valley Roofing's "5 Year Workmanship Warranty" is meaningless — and they've admitted as much in writing. I own a rental property in Las Vegas with a tile roof that Desert Valley installed in January 2022 for $14,200. During a routine inspection less than 4 years later, it was found that the sealants on the vent pipes and ridge joints — work explicitly listed in their scope as "Re-flash vent pipes" — were deteriorating and needed to be redone.
