Tim is a terrible installer so if you do use desert moon....stay away from Tim.

Desert Moon Door did a fantastic job installing our custom door! Rod and his team were easy to work with and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend giving them a call. Who knows, it may open a new door for you!

I was giving the number to desert moon doors from another door company that said they don’t service my area. I called Rod and he came out and took measurements for all 11 interior doors I needed replaced inside our home. He and Mark came back after the doors arrived and did an awesome job installing all of the doors and hardware. Even one door was difficult to fit due to the house settling over time (the previous door had the same issue and was difficult to close). Rod made sure he cut or trimme

Do not waste your time. Had an install scheduled for 3 weeks out. They cancelled morning of to then say just kidding - he is on the way! I then waited four hours for them to arrive. Desert Moon then said -that was actually for a different job, not ours. And they have no openings anytime soon. Super awesome!

Went through Home Depot. Everything went fine until install. They don’t caulk anything and there are gaps everywhere. Right side molding can move 1/2 as shown in vid… Got ahold of Home Depot and they came back out for an installation inspection and said my walls were uneven and it is common…. Funny how the old door frame was completely fine. For the price it is such lazy unacceptable work it’s mind boggling.
