Doug, an employee of theirs has come to my house twice now. This guy needs to go back to Customer Service training school. He has NO customer interaction skills. For example, I would ask him a simple yes/no question and he would respond with something that did not address my query at all..... repeatedly. Then I pointed that out to him and he still did not provide me with a reply that addressed my question. He has one very limited script and he simply presses play when it is his turn to talk

I highly recommend Desert garage door, I appreciated Ram’s straight forward approach. His bid was fair and well explained.
