Our 10-year old water heater stopped working last night. I called Adrian at 8:30 PM and he answered right away. He asked me detailed questions during off hours and was able to pinpoint the problem right away. As it turned out, the issue was the faulty gas valve. He was able to locate the replacement valve early in the morning and arrived our home at 9:15 AM. The heater was fixed 30 minutes later! The price he charged us was quite reasonable too. Great service and I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend! He was very responsive and fixed our water heater, going the extra mile by handling the warranty part replacement, which most people don’t even bother to do. He was also very reasonably priced. On top of that, he took the time to help me with a separate issue he couldn’t fix himself and gave me great recommendations for dealing with a clogged jacuzzi tub. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Great guy all around!

Adrian was recommended to me by a friend whom he helped install a brand-new heater. When my heater broke, I received two very expensive quotes, and I’m lucky to have found this company. I wish I had called them first. Adrian was kind enough to make an exception and take on the job even though I live 1.5 hours away. He used a 40-gallon Bradford White tank to replace my old one.
