We had a whole water line install with plastic pipes and shark bites. They left all of the old pipes hanging and on the ground, also left big holes in the floor to access the lines, and left the holes open to spiders and rodents. Had to purchase a whole new shower fitting package out of our own pocket, so the shark bite would attach to our shower, and their plumbing lines were under warranty for only 3 years?
