In March 2023 my client experienced a whole-house total loss fire. By September 2023 we had an approved Demo Permit for the City of Bellevue. After talking with other less-than-honest demo-contractors we had the good fortune to find The Demolition Man, Inc, owner by John McFarlan. In September 2023 this company demolished the fire damaged home, then returned in September 2024 to remove the foundations to make way for a replacement new home. John McFarland Company did a really good job for us.
