so had the estimator come out and look at a project removing a concrete ramp from the property and thought it would be straight forward. several days later was told by the estimator the proposal would be sent. NOPE!!! so called back and told once again the proposal would be sent that day. NOPE!!! so called today and was told by the receptionist (after less than a minute on hold) that the estimator was busy but she spoke with him and he said he would call. NOPE!!!! bunch of liars is all
