Had used this service several times before, and had variable experiences (some great, some mediocre). But this last cleaning was abysmal. They did not do a basic cleaning of the toilets (when I addressed after the fact, they said they can't do anything with biohazards - how is using a toilet brush and cleaning the toilet beyond the scope of typical house cleaning?). Also, there was no wipe down of the window sills, and visible dirt. I ended up having to basically clean the whole house over again

My cleaning service with Deluxe Maid was great! My cleaner Lady was on time very thorough and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with my service and highly recommend.

Rebecca and JR were on time and did an amazing job cleaning our home! Been here 6 years and it was our first time having someone come and do a deep clean. They were super friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning crew!
