Poor inspector. Assuming alot with out looking. Had a Plummer dispute Deltas findings on plumbing issues. Delta claimed roof leaks. Roofer found none no sign of leaks.

These guys need to charge more. Outstanding job. Incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Spent 4.5 hours walking up and down evaluating an 1850 farm house we are looking to buy. The structural knowledge was a blessing and was the initial main reason we chose Delta. Not your run of the mill inspection service....HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Kevin and Barbara.
