I cannot recommend these guys. While they did the install and got the system up and running with no issues, they obviously have financial issues going on. Part of my sign up included a sign on bonus, it’s been 8 months and still no bonus. I had been patient and called them a few times, apparently they were just giving me the run around during those calls because after my latest call they are blaming the parent company PosiGen, saying have went bankrupt. I had gotten a call from a Rep Keith he walked me through the benefits of Solar and the savings. Set me up with a Solar assessment had a Sales Rep Sara come out to my house she helped me with a new roof & a solar system which is saving me thousands a year. If i could give more stars i would Define Solar went out of thier way to help me i would recommend them to anyone that wants solar.
